These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Choizly website, waitlist, and app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Choizly helps you scan a restaurant menu and get a suggested meal based on a goal you choose. The Service is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase, and features may change.

2. Recommendations are estimates, not advice

Choizly’s nutrition figures and meal suggestions are estimates generated automatically and can vary with how a restaurant prepares and portions a dish. Choizly is a convenience tool to help you choose. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. For decisions about your health, diet, allergies, or medical conditions, consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own food choices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don’t use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its content except as allowed by law.

5. Your content

When you scan a menu, you grant us the permissions needed to process that image and generate a recommendation for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the right to submit it.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Choizly and protected by law. Restaurant names, menus, and marks referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of estimates. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choizly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates or recommendations provided by the Service.

9. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
